To log into the secure member area, click on the My Account link on the right-hand side of the screen.
The IPSTAR secure member area, My Account, provides access to important account information such as:
- Usage Information
- Previous Invoices
- Access to update your details
- Access to change your plan
- Download your free usage meter
Having troubles with email set-up?
If you elected to have a FREE IPSTAR email address set-up you can access your emails via our free Web Mail service or by using your own email program.
Regardless of how you choose to access your emails, first you MUST login to our Web Mail service and select your own password. Your installer will be able to assist helping you login for the first time and setting up your email at the time of your installation. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Centre.
