The IPSTAR secure 'My Account' section provides access to important account information such as:

• Previous Invoices
• Access to update your details
• Access to change your plan
• Download your free usage meter

You can also login to Web Mail in the 'My Account' section or click the Login to Web Mail link to the right.

Web Mail allows you to check your IPSTAR internetsat email at home or away from home and keep in touch and up to date with all your emails.

FREE 3 year warranty

We provide FREE 3 year (36 months) satellite equipment warranty on all plans! Additional charges for travel may apply in certain remote areas after the first 12 months.

No lock-in contracts

We provide no lock-in contract terms of 30 days. Our customers enjoy the freedom of being on a month by month basis. That means, if you cancel your service after the first 30 days, there's no early termination fees.

FAST broadband

Having a fast connection greatly improves the experience and enjoyment of the internet.  And it saves you from sitting waiting for downloads – why pay for broadband that makes you wait more than necessary?  Our rapid plans have speeds up to 4Mbps!

Generous data allowances, generous off-peak hours

All our plans include generous peak and off peak data allowances.  And our off-peak period stretches for 13 hours 11pm and 12noon.  Plenty of time for overnight downloads!

FREE usage meter

To make sure you are always in control of your data, all our plans come with a FREE usage meter. This is automatically updated approximately every hour so you can keep an eye on approaching data limits. This can be downloaded once you login to 'My Account'.
